There is a new word we can learn in this article. Beauf, a French word. It can also be used to describe many of our politicians.

Beauf [pronounced 'bof'].....is what sells in politics these days .....frankly its across the so called 'democratic' globe.....what with a generation who's depth of understanding of global issues stretch no further than whats on Whatsapp, and the Idiot Box

Straight away I can connect the word with the local "genius" and his postulation on statutory rape and also the one from East of the country. Yes, the word beauf fits them to a T.

Latest news / speculations is Boeing's claim that somebody didn't send "BLACK BOX BATTERY" for regular service / inspection - Boeing scared scared of being sued so now you can see them practise the ancient art of Tai Chi already... you will see these all slowly slowly coming now AKAN DATANG! Say you buy some BMW car and they insist that you must periodically send back to AB for regular services, but then owner don't always agree and send the car to some 3rd party expert or workshop who does the same thing obviously for less money or savings. Void warranty or not isn't the issue with owners insisting on savings. But then, in case of plane, services could be contracted out to some 3rd party here who may be competent or carry out services required. Of course Boeing can claim there's no such service done from their records because there is none in the 1st place... all sorts of possibilities here.

It depends on how the contracts on the purchase and leasing of the plane are worded. And allegations of negligence need proof.

Truth be told, after four weeks there are still no solid leads to where the plane is, let alone the cause/s.

As 'Airasia Apologizes' for a "goof up" in their newsletter.....What's "Bizarre" is their claim that it was published and printed 'Before MH370 Went Missing'!

Whats The Buzz?...... An article, in this months newsletter carries a sentence....to the effect that their Capt "will ensure your plane will never get lost."

Truth be told, after four weeks there are still no solid leads to where the plane is, let alone the cause/s.

As for the 'cause'......doubt anything they come out with now or in the future will be accepted by the conspiracy theorists

CNN SHOCKER!

CNN interviews Sarah Bajc, the girlfriend of MH370 passenger Philip Wood. She claimed on CNN y'day that she was being told regarding eye witness reports that the plane was spotted “accompanied by several fighter planes” just before its ‘disappearance’. She said that she and other family members are confident that the 777 is not only still intact, but that the passengers have also survived.

She went on to say that she believes too that "this was a military operation of some sort and many are saying that the US is involved”

In aviation industry, services cannot be carried out by any parties without license issued by original manufacturer. It is a serious offense if parts are serviced without license issued by original manufacturer.

There should have regular audits carried out by foreign regulatory bodies, such as FAA, EASA and etc. I don't think they can get off scot free if there is violation.

A US talk show host keeps reminding his listeners, [every time some caller brings up MH370] that since 777 is no longer being manufactured....its worth more 'in parts than whole'....as in replacement/repair

'Taxpayers [thats us] will have to bear the brunt of MH370's liabilities' .....and thats just the tip of iceberg
