..Assuming there was decompression, the pilot could have immediately tried to turn back and eventually blacked out due to lack of oxygen ... hence explaining why the plane turned back and no distress call from pilots.

Now the interesting part...if this is the scenario ... the plane would be flying auto in the changed direction heading towards Straits of Malacca and with so much fuel, could fly past into the Indian Ocean where it finally drops off the sky when fuel runs out. All aboard would be unconscious anyway since oxygen would eventually run out.

Apart from the above, I will also look at how the Silk Air (the budget carrier of SIA) plunged few years ago.. I am not saying this is the same cause. I just wonder why no one zoom into this angle....
