Massive sinkholes due to tunnel collapse along Jalan Imbi

Avoid Jalan Hang Tuah, Jalan Pudu and Jalan Imbi areas. Part of Pudu underpass project by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), sunk twice during morning. Integrity of monorail track shows signs of stress.

Among the top most busy intersection in central KL.. I pity all who use that road everyday. They better do something extremely fast, within 24hrs and better be good, otherwise the jam will be still as bad as ever, everyone still slow down and crawl there.

It's like a parking lot there already before the sinkholes appeared. I dare not imagine how chaotic the traffic there is now.

While on the subject of sink holes.

There is a ground floor pastry shop in USJ Taipan. At the place where they put the pastries the floor vibrates as I walk. I suspect there is a sink hole underneath. It is the first and last time I am walking into that shop.

.Yup! I was around Chi cheong kai & tungshin area this late morn...jammed like nobody's bizz!

But that twin sinkhole aint nuthin' yet ...mark my word. The mother of all sinkholes will happen in desa hartamas... I know cos I live in orig sri hartamas for years and the valley between 2 major hills (now leveled) had (yes, past tense: had) a springhead.

Today, wherever that springhead had been before, is nicely buried under the row of houses...

So, guess where the water is running to??
