I have received this news circulating around some social media sites. Apparently, there are some robbers who have found a creative way to rob you. They will pose as delivery boys delivering hampers to your house. When you or your maid open the the gate / door, they will rush in and rob you. So, be careful during this festive season. Robbers are now thinking of new ways to rob you. Sign of the times? Desperate times produce desperate people.

When this is probably the only land where robbers dare to haul ATM machines out of a bank, anything can be very real here...just have to be on the alert. If like this, open the gate oso have to look out carefully and be alert for anything nasty.
I guess residential areas have more credence to have their areas gated for extra security. Cannot be too trusting nowadays. All sorts of criminal characters roam around waiting to pounce on some unfortunate victim.
