    I don't know how my friend come to that conclusion, but he has since bought a property in HK and ready to make HK his new home! He is more than happy to leave this place and plan to bring his parents there! I guess is what "green" thing you are looking for that matter.

    I've mentioned, each person have their due considerations or own plan how to prosper somewhere else. It isn't fair to generalize that all or most are in for failure or anyone guarantee their own success in another place. Its seemingly a gamble and how to convince or debate with some people who champion or opposed to any idea of migration. Factually, this era pose more challenges and more difficult to plan and expedite. This is 2013, not 1960 or 1970. Yes, they have their points and could be right or wrong, its ultimately up to own individual decision based on own research and due consideration. Surely, many have heard or listened to just as many failure or success stories... Mere suggestions pop up frequently. Its up to your own decision on the path.
