Woke up this morning and the air had a smell of something burning. It cleared up after breakfast time.

If you own shares in Wilmar, Guthrie, Sime Darby, KL-Kepong, IOI, Felda Gloval Venture, TH Plantations, then its your duty to attend the company AGMs and tell the management and BoD members how you feel - but will you? The Indonesian President cannot do anything.... these Malaysian companies are "protected" by their own hypocritic governments...

Actually there was a big fire along the kesas highway from the peat soil. It was burning right next to the road. Our authorities always blame the neighbours . It was on for a few days. I think they managed to put it out on monday.

Padi fields on both side of the PLUS highway from Gurun up to Alor Setar are burning openly.... I can't even breathe properly last week when I rode my bike up to Alor Setar.... if I open my helmet visor, my eyes stink from the smoke and if close it, I can't breathe... so I whacked 150kmh on cruise control and try to get out of that stretch as quick as possible....

The Indonesian Government just remarked that Singapore is behaving like a small child in the current haze issue. Looks like the days of the "Little Red Dot" is coming back.... if you want to resolve the haze in Indonesia, just pay us USD100 million to subsidize the op.... hehehe.... and Malaysia also pay USD50 million.... Brunei?
