There are difference content in salts, but majority of the content is Sodium Chloride (or Natrium Klorida in BM).. Read the content label. Some are purely Sodium Chloride some has other trace mineral salt. Or so they claimed...

salt must eat especially for those who has active lifestyle.. I mean sporting active lifestyle. Still need salt as electrolyte. But for those with little exercise, better not to add salt to food. If u eat out, there's actually more salt than ur body needs.

Question: Strictly fr health reason ~ if i lick the sweat off a perfectly healthy & beautiful body (opposite sex lah!, can that insyallah, salty taste be classified as body salt and if aye, is it good for health? amongst other benefits?

What about sea salt already kinda dried up on a seabreezed body mixed with body salt...such awesome combo would be full bodied sea salt . Its good?

Rock salt were likely to be formed millions of years ago, thus no man-made pollution yet.
Sea Salt? especially these days with poison ABC to XYZ dumped into the sea, may not be that healthy if the source of the salt is from polluted seas.
In anycase, both should be tested for poisonous elements before sale and consumption.
