The two battles that I most concern :

    1. Lim Kit Siang vs Abdul Ghani in Gelang Patah, Johor:
LKS is leading with 7000 votes now

    2. Wong Teck vs the guy whose last name is lai(lie), in Bentong, Pahang :
Wong is leading about 2000 votes

Unofficial report: Perak captured by PR.

By the way, looks like DAP is doing extremely well throughout many states.

Observers said, if DAP can make way into UMNO fortress in Johor, the slogan of Malaysian Malaysia looks like is working for all races including Malay in Johor.

Not true... look at how PAS (Salahuddin Ayub) and PKR (Chua Jui Meng) are losing their pants in Pulai and Segamat.... and also Putrajaya (Hussam Musa) ... the Malay establishment is still very difficult to penetrate and convince...

In fact this is very a tough fight for LKS, Ghani have been serving as MB for Johor nearly 18 years which should have very strong grass root supporters. If LKS can have over 10k majority, this is going to be very hard for Ghani to swallow.

SM, perhaps the "Penang Paradigm" works well and win the heart of many Malaysians. Kudos to DAP!
