    Aiyah Ungku, you can complain to kingdom comes nothing will happen cos no enforcement. At lunch time you go the areas like in front of Paparich in Taipan, main road in front of SCB and Public Bank, Taipan, in front of Park Way coffee shop in SS19, cars (MOSTLY THE BIG ONEScos they PAY MORE ROAD TAX AND DEEMED ENTITLED TO IT)are just left park almost to the middle of road while those idiots go makan.
