    Maybank2U Online transactions

Has anyone else in this forum face any problem managing your Maybank2u online account. We use ours mainly to pay bills and do some minor transactions like fund transfers etc and for not much else.

The past two weeks have been problematic. We can log-in with our password etc and once we have completed filling up the details of some of the transactions / bills we want to make payments.... somehow the system cannot proceed / continue...

Please help tell us what's going on and where can we also seek help from coz the helpline isn't helpful because its the same routine of Tekan 1 untuk Bahasa Malaysia, Tekan 2 untuk....... and by the time you finish tekaning and all, nobody picks up the line....

I like this "Tekan 1 untuk Bahasa Malaysia, Tekan 2 untuk....... and by the time you finish tekaning and all, nobody picks up the line....".

I have the same problem with Astro (now no more) and Standard Chartered (now also no more). Funny how these idiots at the higher mgnt level can fail to see that these tekan 1 for BM, tekan 2 for .... is really a very bad idea.

All is good here too ... but the only thing that pisses me off is ... I can't use "tab" and "enter" right after keying in my username or password .... I need to move the mouse over the button and click ....

Seems OK.....on the other hand, you might want to check your Internet connection, is your connection dropping?

The worst are those GLC that ask the customer to key in the account number or phone number and then when the customer service pick up the phone, they want us to tell them again and they don't have the info.

I ask them why they ask me again when I have already keyed in, and they keep telling me to tell them !

All these customer service people cannot think outside their trained replies.

Spoke to an officer in Maybank Branch here in Tanjung Bungah and he very kindly asked me to try and log in to the Maybank2u website using a different search engine preferably Google Chrome.... wallah! I don't know and neither did he know why suddenly there are many people having problem accessing the website via Explorer... and I told him I don't really wanna know why too as long as I can enter via Google Chrome...
