I am not sure what do you mean by "bought pork" but Hungry Hog is a restaurant. I have eaten there a couple of times. The food is good and price is affordable. I personally like the Three Little Pigs burger which is a combination of pork patty, bacon and ham.

My family ordered roast pork by phone. 1 kg for more than RM50. Have to pick up as they don't do delivery.

Thanks. The prices are comparable to Carl Jr's. Are the burgers as big as those of CJ's?

My opinion abt meat. Some restaurant sells cheap cooked meat, it most probably they r using frozen meat, with strong marinate, usual customers may not know the diff between frozen and chill meat. Go for reliable outlets for quality meals.

the hungry hog seems to be packed for the couple of times I passed by .... business is good ... meaning food is good as well ? Could be worth trying the next time of passing round there

It is. I was comparing the burger size/prices, not the halal status of Carl's Jr. On that note, why can't they have halal and non halal outlets? This way, everyone is happy. More money pours in. That being the case, may I jokingly add, they may want to revise their tagline to "It's going to get real messy but everyone has a happy ending."
