Yup, this country holds the world record of having the highest ratio of contractor per population..

The dumno has 3.4 millions cronies inside.. I guess everyone of them is a contractor or a pseudo-contractor with contracts.

I would suggest the master crony award contract to these "contractors" by lucky draw.. like those monthly lucky draw to win prices from oil companies..
