In the middle of doing my fan, dismantled 15 mins ago, now dismantling the motor. This retro fan got a lot of external fixtures to remove to get to the motor. I assume yours is a common type..much easier to fix. You can see it on my private FB site.
But then again, old fan motor windings do deteriorate and tend to slow down even if maximum. This is why common fans are at affordable price and easy to replace (just get to the ceiling mount could be a problem for some). I seldom hear anyone repairing theirs unless its of antique status. I'll never buy those wireless remote control fans. Not only expensive but I've heard enough horror stories about the control board not lasting and kaput, rendering it out of order.

Had a very tough time to remove the ball bearings with all the experience I have..shit job due to it being stuck in the motor housing. Had to slowly and carefully hammer it out.

The bearings are screwed!..noisy operation.

I've done up my fan few days ago..its SUPER SMOOTH and very very stable. ZERO noise after some fan blade tweaks and swapping around the 5 blades to get the best rotational balance. Its easy with 3 blade fan, not 5 blades. It can wobble around badly if unbalanced. Got one more fan to do..that's it for my lifetime. I will be too old to do this job again next round. Cost of new ball bearings RM9 each X 2 from nearest auto spares shop.

Young and fresh look!. ( but I think its not to a point that make customers behave like a pedophile). Those girls there are NOT underaged. They too are bound by law of the country. That's probably a good appeal to drive some men and enhance their sexual urge to a higher degree at some point. Men's sex drive or surge at some point of time is natural. No need for sex education here..again its all natural. I don't have to discuss a 25year old man's drive and compare them at different age to 70. Are you planning to go Hokkaido from Tokyo by flight ?
Reason I ask is would like to know which airline that is the best to provide KL <-->New Chitose.

I search a few airlines but not too happy about the arrival time and transit duration.

ANA
- Arrive around 7pm in New Chitose airport !! 7pm is damn dark already in autumn/winter and there is still another 40min train journey to Sapporo station, and another 10-20 min taxi ride to the hotel in town.
- Upon touch down in Narita airport, have to go to Haneda airport before flying to New Chitose and I hate to carry luggage waiting/sitting in an airport coach.

Cathay Pacific
- Direct from HK to New Chitose but total flying time is more than 20 hours !!! Wtf

JAL
- Arrive in New Chitose around 1-2 pm which is good
- Transit from Kansai to New Chitose which is good also ( no need to change airport in Tokyo) but the transit waiting time in Kansai is freaking 6 hours !!! Total flying time is 15 hours.


p/s : Maybe will try the new Shinkansen from Tokyo to Hakodate in southern Hokkaido which is just started on 26 March 2016, and then take the local JR train to Sapporo. The total journey from KL-Tokyo and train to Sapporo is less than 20 hours..

Been to Hakkaido & a few other cities.

Now for 2 weeks to Asakusa, Shimbachi, Kawaguchiko, Morinoyima, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Miyajima, Shin Osaka, Narita, to name a few.
