Started as a small herbal tea seller of the famous brand Ho Yan Hor, the younger generation had diversified the business to pharmaceutical, health supplements and the latest is bio products of palm oil.
I have an exchange of views with them in a recent biodiesel industrial meeting... I think they should focus on what they do best

Went to Fook Mun at ss18/1B for dinner, a small eatery run by a HongKee.
I like his friendly approach and his Cantonese accent reminds me of my late relatives. Many people speak Cantonese in klang valley but most can be easily identified as non-Cantonese..
It's a pleasant surprise that he prepares ang pow packets for customers. Ang pow with the eatery's Chinese name embossed on it ..

Finally made my Penang trip; 3days 2 nights at a resort we last stayed. 19 years ago, a room during promotion cost RM300, this time the two nights stayed cost us about RM 1.3K+. The resort was nice as before, service was excellent, food so so.

The heritage enclave was clean and neat. There's one Teochew Opera museum, it was interesting. For a Malaysian, a visit to Khoo Kongsi is meaningless without a guide.
We went to Chew Jetty, it was really clean and good for a short stop.
Many people talk about how Penang is better under DAP, so I was interested to find out myself. The road condition is definitely better than Selangor, driving in Penang is much relaxing compare to its condition in 2009. Cleanliness is another significant improvement! Much better than Selangor! Can DAP take over Selangor in next election?

DAP have the most seats in selangor but they can't run the state for an obvious reason. DAP can only run Penang... and Malacca if they win..

My visits to KWSP and SOCSO over the last few years have been pleasant. KWSP staff were really efficient! Glad to see our civil servants maintaining professionalism in their work.
