But doc, if you read the Hansard report on the debate when the Evidence Act (Amendment) 1950 was presentedm you will want to vomit blood at the 'quality' of the debate by your elected representatives notably the member for Kinabatangan Bung Mokhtar Radin who was talking about unrelated stuff during the debate. And MCA now comes out and voice support for Section 114A of the Evidence Act (Amendment) 1950... there you have it, MCA out of touch with the people... seems like the party is on a suicide mission for self-destruction lah - they also got involved in scaring the pants off voters by saying power blackout, water crisis... you sure they can still retain 2-3 seats? I think they can retain only one ie thru Ong Tee Keat in Pandan Constituency that is if Rafizi Ramli shift to Kemaman in Trengganu...
If Rafizi Ramli stays and contests in Pandan, OTK also kelam kabut to hang on his seat... so, sit down yam char and table talk lah...
