Qdees @ Usj18 or Sri Comel @ USJ 4

Looking for good kindy for my son who will be 5 years next year. Anyone have any experience ... Qdees at USJ18 or Sri Comel at USJ 4?

Both my kids went sri comel. No complains other than the traffic picking them

It all depends on what you want for your child - TIME to "still" enjoy their childhood, have fun and freedom OR to go into "preparation school" for SJKCs ...

Personally, although Sri Comel is just a stone throw (ok, a hefty throw worthy of Olympics given my fatty condition ! ) away from my home, it will be my LAST CHOICE in SJ/USJ ... I don't wish for my children to start "Lick Hung" at 5-6 years old !!

However, if you are looking for a "head-start" for your kids in Lick Hung, then Sri Comel is the PERFECT KINDY as they use Lick Hung's Std 1 syllabus, so your kids will be well -prepared to be top students in school at Std 1 ! Most Sri-Comel kids don't cry at Lick Hung as they have been well trained for Std 1.

So, it is really up to you what you want for your kids ...

Thanks franky & currymee. I intend to send him to Sri KL since their preschool will no longer exist in a year time. My choices gvn are either sri comel or qdees. Qdees have 3 franchise .... 3in usj and 1at putra heights

I got a pm from a mum saying that it is not nice of me to say "negative" things about Sri-Comel as it is a wonderful tadika in preparing the kids for school esp Lick Hung.

Well, she just proved my point, it is a wonderful tadika in preparing the kids for Lick Hung .... I don't dispute that !!

It is just that I said that I don't want my 5-6 years old to be "prepared" for Lick Hung ... I will take my chances with his exam results when he is actually in Lick Hung !!

I want him to play and have fun as a 5-6 years old ...

My husband and myself agreed with you. At age 5 & 6 thd kids should have some fun.
