I am looking for a face mask (The Profile Lite Custom Nasal Mask and Headstrap)
or compatible mask for the REMstar Auto with C-Flex CPAP unit.

    Where can i get it?

    Would appreciate your recommendation?

    Distributors/agebts' contacts?

I used this nasal mask many years ago when I first started CPAP. It is a comfortable gel mask but has its downside: - gel easily leaks after prolonged use, straps need to be tighten to avoid leaks, over time the gel softens and looses its seal.

The authorised dealers of Respironics in Malaysia are: - Goodlabs Medical Sdn. Bhd; Vitalik Sdn. Bhd; Compass Medical Sdn. Bhd. You may find the contact via Yellow Pages. I believe the local distributors are no longer stocking this mask in favour of the Comfort Gel and Easylife masks.

Try www.eBay.com as many items are available here but you need to do a search and buy it online. Shipping costs may be pricey.

I would recommend the Resmed SoftGel mask, which rates much better than ComfortGel. The local distributor is Insan Bakti Sdn. Bhd. It is apparently the best gel nasal mask in the market. Alternatively you may try the silicon masks like Mirage Activa LT, Mirage Micro, Mirage Micro FX or Easylife masks.

As with all mask, the proper size selection and mask-fitting is important. I recommend that your CPAP device be serviced & calibrated periodically (2 years).

Or drop by any reputable Sleep Labs nearest to you.

    Cheers!
