Seeking advice on Filipino maid issues

Really need to ask for help. My Filipino maid arrived here in March and I paid RM7500+ agency fee for her (no advance salary).
After only 5 months, she wants to end the contract and go home.
What are my rights? Am I entitled to a replacement? I checked the maid agency t&c, it states warranty for replacement/runaway only within 3 months. But in this case, the maid is the 1 who wants to cancel the contract and go home.
A contract is still a contract, and the person who breaches the contract should be responsible for the consequences. In your case, ur maid informs you that she wants to go home, so she is breaching the contract. If she is a little smarter, she will simply take the next AirCebu flight home. Does that mean you are keeping her passport? (a violation of the contract, so you are at fault).
Other than legal implications, you should take some effort to find out the reasons for the maid wanting to leave. This information is important for you to manage your future maids, as the potential of another runaway is possible if the issues are not resolved. Better to get your house in order before she takes the "easy way out", that is report to her embassy about abuse by the employer. This ruse is the favourite by rogue maids, and the consequences can be very painful
