Malaysia shooting trio said " we failed because we did not have enough time to acclimatise" What blardy lame excuse! It is still summer time eventhough it is London lah, bodoh!

Olympian attitude like this we will never ever win a medal - not even if there is plastic medal!

I think next time bring them to genting snowhouse to acclimatise by camping inside with minimum clothing then no more excuse.Oops,BTW next time they say no nasi lemak in the camp village

All Olympics sports events must be evaluated and approved by OIC.. Not a single country can add or substract new game into Olympics..

The chinese are good , very very good in technical sports where they can analyse and practice to perfection. Even in hurdles, the liu fella cannot outrun the americans on a flat ground but the taking of the hurdles is where he is almost perfect according to one american hurdler. What they lose in power they make up for it in technical expertise and perfection.They also have a huge pool of people to draw from. If anyone acts up or is injured, there are many many willing and able people to step in. In our case we have too many 'officials' who mess up the sports. Its not like there was no money thrown in but there is very little developmental work. Everyone wants to pose with the Nicol/chongweis when they win competition and like chong wei says, he now knows who his friends are. Even with a small injury his 'friends' are deserting him. When he does not show up for an award ceremony he gets whacked without being able to offer any explanation for his absence. . If nicol had been based in malaysia from the start I do not think that she can achieve as much as she did.

Is anyone watching the free coverage thru TV1 n 2? The amount of "patriotic" songs n ads we r subjected to b4 the start of program n frequent intervals are real irritating. Not to mention the poor editing of the events where u barely see the highlights of the events, more like results reporting. Wat to do as I have to put with the nonsense. Beggars cannot be choosers. Not worth paying to help Ananda become richer.
