The ones he named were ALL BAD dictators which brought misery to the people and led the country to ruin. Their sins clearly outweighed any good they did. THATS A BIG DIFFERENCE! Fidel Castro was a dictator too...didn't name him, because friend friend buddy buddy mah!
A leader can be a dictator but if there's good that outweigh the bad, people can perceive as semua ok. Nevertheless he was a dictator... even declared on TV that he'd gone ahead to do things that you rakyat will never understand, and THATS A CLASSIC HALLMARK of a dictator.

Ad should we think dictators only exist in politics or government? Nahhh... companies, corporations, family owned businesses... the fate of employees AND company is virtually at the mercy of the big boss! Only difference is employees reserve the right to jump ship whenever they feel like it.
