My son told me this. Am still contemplating what is the next move (for me, as a parent).

The famous "Cina balik cina" statement was made by a teacher in his school.....hmmmm......I thought everywhere else but Subang Jaya.......

Maybe the teacher was saying Cina Baik Cina. But whatever the case, proven or not, as a parent I would go to ask the meaning of the teacher concerned. If truly, proven being said Cina Balik Cina, I would report to the Headmaster, then lodged a report in the Balai as it is an act of sedition which have insulted not just me as a Chinese but also my Malays friends who have had regarded me as Malaysians. Meanwhile I get YB Hannah Yeoh who is the ADUN and the MP who can record the korek or in korek statement or picture.

I work in Service Desk. Real scenario here..not sure this related? correct me if im wrong.

My colleage handling a US folks with a password reset. Following company policies, we cant give the pw immediately, but through email or voice mail. So with that said, the customer wanted to have it via voice mail, so my colleage leaved a VM to his customer desk phone VM function. The call ended with pleasantly. But, customer complaining after few days,that the service desk staff using vulgar words or uncomfortable words via customer survey form.........straight top to management.....WOW!!! So the team lead have to find out whats going on with it. That team lead log in to calls viewer(calls recording) and found out actually was somewhat misinterpreted. What was that??

Actually, the service desk agent never did wrong, he just pronounced it not clearly.....He left the VM with some kind of easy password like

TODAY123$%

so, to make the customer understand letter by letter, he pronounce like this:

T for Tango, O for Orange, D for Dump, A for apple, and so on ...... what was customer complain about? He complain that the service desk not professional, using D for Dumb. So customer does not like the word D for Dumb ( actually is Dump)......

End up, that was really misinterpreted.... oh dear....

Reporting to the headmaster or make a police report is useless. I have personal experience with the police station and they see issues with race/religion in mind.

Best is to pay a visit to Hannah Yeoh office and she will call a press conference if proven true.

I remember a friend of mine reported to police station about a tenant who didn't pay rent for more than half a year.

After officer asked the race of the tenant (malay) and owner (chinese), the officer then asked another irrelevant question 'how much did the owner 'over'charge the rental ?'.

Needless to say, no action was taken to evict the tenant.

I think nowadays in this pathetic land the chances of your children receiving such racist remarks from the month of those apanama teaching staff is higher than the chances of meeting a minor car accident on the road !!

So, this is something you cannot plan to avoid, and certainly not something you can do to get even !!

Perhaps the fault is due to our ancestor in this land who had made their political choice that directly gave these shameless apanama the privileges to be a naïve racist and escape scout-free…!!

If you want to get even, the ONLY way is – tell your children to remember hard the sad incident, and advise them to be an asset that other countries want.

And please also tell them, contribute their taxes to a country which did not ask them to go back to where their ancestor came from !!

Making a police report is to ensure a documentation is being filed. From SJ to USj and some say Puchong too, how many Polis personnel is competent to advise on various law from civil to tenancy? The personnel there is to assist you to draft a report where action is to be taken or not is up to the IO who is usually a ranked officer who baca Law sikit.

So, the polis cannot evict the tenant unless it has the law clearance from the court notice or lawyer notice.

And neither the Polis can take action unless necessary like crimes in action or doing crime prevention.

Meanwhile, by filling a case of racist or sedition act, it is the duty of the rakyat to file the report in black and white. And you have every right to type it yourself with or without the assistance of the Polis.
