Exclamation GE13 - What do we expect from SJ/USJ ADUN ?

What do the residents of SJ/USJ expect from our ADUN ?

I like to think and hope that our community (SJ/USJ) here vote for our ADUN based on his/her abilities to DELIVER the ADUN services/representation to us APART from the BIGGER NATIONAL PICTURE ... we (well, at least I ) don't want another "potato" representing us (me) !!

This will also help the wanna-be ADUNs to think carefully about how and what they are going to do to serve us .... enough of the handshaking crap in Lick Hung school hall while dishing out RM100 "aid" ... that's CRAP !! Do some REAL WORK/SERVICE !!

GE-13 is around the corner, instead of waiting for the respective political parties to tell us WHAT THEY CAN DO .... WHY DON'T WE TELL THEM WHAT WE WANT THEM TO DO FOR US (LOCALLY) ?

To date, I have to say that our present ADUN YB Hannah Yeoh (and her team) had done a much much better job than the previous "My-hands-are-always-tied" fella.

So, apart from the BIG NATIONAL-LEVEL MANIFESTO/PROMISES, do we have a SMALLER LOCAL (SJ/USJ ONLY) version of our own residents' WISH-LIST ?

Yes, it may be down to the longkang, stray dogs, illegal parking and U-turns ... but at ADUN level, that is what that MATTERS right

    So ...

WISH LIST FOR WANNA-BE ADUN in GE13

    1) Maintain a TIGHT REIN over MPSJ - MPSJ is supposed to serve the community NOT create problems for us !!

    2. no freaking cars are allowed to park on some heavy-traffic roads which occupy 1 to 2 lanes of the road on a specific day every week… !!

    3. no freaking stalls are allowed to sell grilled four–legged animals, etc, etc in front of residential houses on a specific month of a year…. !!

No double U-turn in front of Carrefore Jalan Kewajipan!
No double parking in Taipan and punish the offenders heavily!
Geram betul on these two issues...many times almost hit by Neanderthal driver making double U-turn in front of Carrefore and two occasions blocked by some idiot who double parked behind my car at Taipan.
Mastering modern technology is easy; even a Neanderthal can do it...” Besitai 2012

GET A PUBLIC GOVT HOSPITAL for SJ/USJ ... our population (>300,000) size is BIGGER than 80% (my guess) of the towns in Malaysia and we don't even have a Govt clinic !!

For the price of 1 Scorpene submarine , we can have ONE FULLY EQUIPPED STATE-OF-THE ART hospital here !!!

Forget SJMC, Sunway .... they DON'T SERVE THE PUBLIC ... they are money-making entities ...

Considering the amount of income taxes paid by the sj residents the amount of money collected could probably build 5 hospitals!!

I find that the grass (lalang) are growing wild these days!
Not kidding! It's time we need these lalangs and shrubs prunned, cut, primmed... And to make sure these workers dun sell their services to the local residents by using 'rakyat-paid' time to make a few bucks during their official work time, and using 'rakyat-paid' tools and gasoline for such purposes... I've seen these foreign workers knocking at the gates offering such services when they shud be going about their work uninterrupted.
War does not determine who is right, it determines who is left.
Do u have any contribution to make on the SJ/USJ Traffic Problems?

That's the job of the MP to get the hospital built right beside SJMC or Sunway Medical Center by getting the $$$$$$ fundings from the federal coffer while the ADUN can ensure no traffic obstructions, longkang not blocked and burger traders are not set up along the sidewalk leading to the hospital.

SJ or USJ is becoming too close for comfort without proper planning with malls here and there for those who wanna set up homes. Jams and fumes are the issues where the MPSJ should look into with proper town planning whether it should be zoning into a city or suburban.

    My wish...

is for the YB to regulate the stuffing of flyers into our mailboxes. For some strange reason, they are always stuffed half-way into the slot, making it a nuisance for the postman to deliver his mail.

My wishes, in addition to the above:-
As the LRT is running the full length of Jalan Kewajipan, especially passing USJ6, which has two stations:-
    1. Daily 24 hours patrolling to avoid snatch thefts, robbery, vandalism at the stations
    2. Clear/clean of litter and beggars
    3. Fenced up, both sides, to eliminate outside parking and entering, which may lead to house break-ins and car thefts
    4. G&G sponsord by MPSJ
    5 ....... I'll think of summore later!~

Free water is definitely something I really appreciate, since it helps to offset THAT IWK burden everyone was forced to cough out indefinitely.
