2 small dogs - Unleashed & no tag

Time : Around 6.10am
Location : Playground between USJ 18/5 & USJ 13/2.
1 dog is white & the other is black and white.The owner (a Chinese lady was nearby).
I was on my way out to USJ 14 bus stop.

Date - 31.1.2013
Remark : Black top & white bottom. Ran from USJ 18/4 to USJ 18/3a.A young lady was standing at USJ 18/3a looking at the dog.

Date : 20-2-2013
Time : Around 10.30am
REmark : Small dog. Brown color & short hair. At 1st it was in USJ 18/3 & later ran into USJ 13/2.But red color strap around its neck.

Highlighting A Problem - 2 Unleashed & Untagged Dogs (Strays)
Location : USJ 18/2A
Time : 6.40pm
Date : 26-4-2013
Remark : I was minding my own business walking slowing home when I arrived at the above location I saw 2 dogs who were nearby started barking non stop & moved closer towards me.Witness by an Indian on a bike delivery gas who stopped next to me.To repel those 2 dogs, I shouted repeatedly & very loud untill they ran off.
