Early Morning Snatch Thieves Attempt at Jalan USJ2/3 on 27 June 2012 (Tuesday)

A neighbourhood friend almost became victim of snatch thieves while walking along Jalan USJ2/3 early yesterday morning (before 7am). She was heading to a nearby field for her morning Qigong session. Upon leaving her house in Jalan USJ2/3, four motorists of Indian descent riding on 2 motorbikes approached her and tried to snatch her necklace. When the necklace wouldn't come off, the guys slapped and hit her. She is in her 60s. She was traumatised but fortunately did not sustain any physical injury from the incident.

Please forward this information to all as we need to keep a look out and prevent these 4 men from continuously lurking in our neighbourhood. For residents who go out early to work or morning exercise, please be cautious.

I wonder if these are the same guys that attacked my friend's house in SS12 on 26 June 2012 (Tuesday) but this is in the evening. There were 4 armed men that attacked when his colleague came over to pass him something. They drove off with his colleague's car.
