    Angry Frustration with P1

    Hi friends, I am very frustrated with P1 regulations and procedures. Which is the best place to let go my steam and let everyone know about it?

    Thanks for the advise but I feel that as small consumers, we are always on the losing end. No point arguing with their staff as most of them are invisible to the public - either you talk to an answering machine or to someone after a long wait in the queue to be told it's "company policies". Better to give in and move on.

    not sure what u r frustrating about, if u have a case then bring them to tribunal court

    The refund amount is only about RM200 so no point going to the tribunal court. I had tried calling CFM on 1800 18 2222 for advice as they are supposed to handle complaints on multimedia and communication but I was advised to refer my case to P1. CFM will take longer to sort it out!
