I was looking for the whole Act and its definition of terms. I am looking for guidelines to what constitute "offensive" under this Act. At least that gives one some understanding of the law and then how to get on with our net life. No use getting so worried that your life/health is affected unnecessary. There is nothing to fear if one is conversant with whatever piece of legislation and falls within its perimeters...

The original act I saw from the AG's website gave examples of theft, murder etc...but no present Net environment situations...

    Cheers!
This is only an "Amendment" to the Evidence Act which was passed in 1950, the 2nd time this Act was Amendment since then....doubt there were any 'Net environment situations' back then .....and for any 'present Net environment situations', don't think you will find any as it needs to be as broad, yet vague as possible for this to be enforced

If we go back to the drug possession case. So far, if anyone is caught with possession of drugs, be it a home or a shoplot. Who will be charged for possession of the drugs? If u had a party, someone drops a small parcel of illegal drugs at some corner of the private property. Next day some narcotics officers and some police come search the premises. Will the owner get charged for illegal possession of drugs? Any similarity here?
War does not determine who is right, it determines who is left.
Do u have any contribution to make on the SJ/USJ Traffic Problems?
