Good Water Heater with built-in pump

I am currently planning to upgrade my bath room to have a water-heater (finally) with built-in pump. Can anybody here with good experience with water heater recommend me some brand and model ? My budget is RM 300 - RM 400 only. Thanks in advance.

I have used my PANASONIC for the last 6 years and still going strong .... no problem to date ....

Panasonic cost more than RM400 budget, maybe some Pana dealers may throw stock at attractive price I don't know.
Panasonic is always premium price, but its one of the very best around and assured of customer support from Panasonic, as always no worries.
Sorry, these kind of things, I'll stick to best reputed brands, never those local or some "UK designed or UK heater" kind parts. They're mostly crap and no guarantee of safety and reliability.
The key is to buy an excellent one and last for years without trouble or issues. You get what you pay for.
Something not very amusing and experienced before, is one particular local brand of plastic water kettle, the boiled water smells of plastic chemical after a couple of years. WRONG plastics used in manufacture, it probably a health hazard after sometime!.
I called the company to complain, all they could say, bring to their place for investigation!.. ##%#@##!!!! What the heck you all thinking? You should have the courtesy to replace me a new one without question, then take all the time in your world to investigate what foul lowest cost or wrong plastic you used for the kettle. I now use a good UK MADE reputable brand STEEL kettle which I'm cocksure won't smell of some plastic contamination!
Bought it for a rock bottom price at some warehouse sales. Cheaper than some local made too!
