I think it has not gone up very much from 6/7 years ago. I saw a ground floor unit then at 175.

Comparing Arcadia and G/yr,you pay almost the same management fee about RM100-120,G/yr court offers lift,swim pool,gym,tennis court,cafeteria when Arcadia didnt have.

I prefer arcadia for living as it is not so densely populated with all sorts of people. Had friends who stayed there and visited them at the good year courts. Didnt quite like the atmosphere but then thats me. The reason for the relatively higher maintenance fees is because of the lower density.
