Can they do this: car park created from public road

Yesterday I had a rude shock as the road after Sun Inns in Jalan PJS 11/2 (I think that is the road, as I don't have a proper map of the area) was closed to traffic by some enterprising people and a car park area was created from the access road in front of the Mamak and Malay restaurants. I used to park my car in that area and found that I had to pay RM3 to do that yesterday. Did these people get the blessings from MPSJ to cordon off the whole of PJS 11/2 for their car park?

I am not surprised. MPSJ has been doing a lot of things, I think Pakatan Rakyat is helpless in this aspect.

Take a look at one of the road shoulder near USJ 9 business centre, they turn it into parking lots, drivers can't see on coming cars because their view is block by cars parking there.

Another example, they allow the Nasi Lemak Rest. to operate besides a very busy road at the same business centre.

Next, license was given for a stall to sell kuih muih at a busy road besides business centre, one side of the road turn into parking lots, another side given to hawker stall, leaving no way for pedestrian to walk safely.

Ask for a sport facility A, they gave sport facility B, now the project has been left hanging for nearly 2 years.

This is the MPSJ we have now.

I got rumours that some of the MPs (Majlis Perbandaran) - town councils are actively "sabotaging" the Pakatan Rakyat Govt .... so it does not surprise me that the BN-hardcore inside are doing the same .... if I am not mistaken DBKL Mayor today was formerly MPSJ YDP, and we have seen how "supportive" he was of the rakyat during Bersih 3.0 ....

The list goes on and on - What about the shop at USJ2 that occupies almost half of the parking lots from 7pm onwards???

By the way if I remember correctly PJS11 is under MBPJ and not MPSJ. Go check it out, almost all parking lots around PJS11 are monopolized by workshops. From rocks to bricks to used water filters to 'reserved' the lots. NO ACTION TAKEN.

It is instances like this make people feel that this country is governed by many little Napoleans. They no longer behave like a civil servants working for the people though paid by the people.

Any different before and after 2008?
If not why you expect where you put your "X" during GE13 will change thing?
If the same had happen before and after 2008, why don't you consider other stuffs that have change before and after 2008 to help you decide where you put your "X"...
Do enlighten if there's anything that was better before 2008 and went worst or gone after 2008?

    Cheers...

Well, things are better. What I meant was I/we need to give a stronger mandate to PR in GE13 so that they can exile all the little Napoleans to a far away island near the Spratleys.

That's why it is being called the BOLEHLAND. Here we have a Conferred Datuk doing what he wants! In fact, he wanna to aiuction his allocated lot from Rm200 to Rm2,000 which is clearly marked in front of our photographing journalists today. Howzat for tutup satu mata and telinga from the authorities from Polisi and DBKL? Any wonder how this chairman of petty trader is driving a Ferrari by issuing licence at his own fancy?

Listen properly to the words in the first few minutes of the video and you will hear "hey Mapoi Ambiga, hindu kafir babi ya...!" and then tell me where you put your X on the ballot papers!

The video is clear evidence of these troublemakers defacing public property. Why isn't the ops or DBKL going after them. Maybe they are deaf (cannot hear evil) or blind (cannot see evil).
