Misoray, do PM me the name of hotel. If in overseas, i could freely write my dissatisfaction of a particular Hotel or services in bold, provided there's proof. So, do PM me as I take many of my guests/clients for luncheons and dinner mostly in Klang valley more so, in Subang Jaya.

I agree with the chef. Write a complaint letter you will most probably get a reply letter with appolgy with regret, but confront with the GM (no need to be angry or mean) you could get a full refund + appology.Originally Posted by zinglicious
If I were you. I would personally go see GM or CEO of the hotel to see how real mean I am. Been there, done it. I have had done it from Carrefour to Tesco until almost veryone seems to recognised me.
BTW, there is a saying - never mess with a person when he is angry and hungry.
With valid complaints, I managed to get full refund form McD, free movie tickets voucher from TGV and FREE business class air ticket to Hong Kong from a local travel agency. So, don't keep silent when you are shortchanged.
