Now that the whistle blower has been exposed, will he be accorded the protection under the whistle-blower's act 2012? Or will he be prosecuted under the Banking and Financial Institutions Act (BAFIA) 1989?
Will the BAFIA 1989 take precedence to the whistle-blower's Act 2012?
