When it comes to rating your online service provider, how do you rate to your ISP?
Some internet service provider (ISP) provide online customer service in name but in reality provides very poor online services. How do you rate your ISP? ??
Recently, while sigining up for one of the so-called best ISP, a friend of mine decided to opt for e-statements, which means the monthly statements will not be sent via normal hardcopy mail service, but in reality the e-statements are very slipshoddy. What was really provided was online retrieval of the monthly statements for only a limited period. What surprised my friend was that the online statement only provided a short six months history of the monthly billings, and this is one example of how the big telcos treat their customers.
