    Thawing Of Frozen Food

    Hi to all. Done in microwave oven & end up with hot at the bottom and cold on top in one bowl. Any ideas?

    You need to stir the food few times while heating it up. And if heating up rice or bread ect, I normally place a damp paper towel over it to prevent food from drying up.

    Depending on what frozen food you are thawing, you need to do thaw it right. THawing is basically to recook the food later whereas reheating is to heat up the non frozen food. Otherwise , your food would be either not cooked properly or over cooked depending how level and timing you set it.
