I think the first photo is not taken with the fish lens because that is the fish lens itself. Unless, its' doppelganger took it. Whatever it is, it looks so nice and black.

Now, this is complicated. I do not even have a flash let alone 2 speedlights. But is is very well done, good enough for a professional brochures. Maybe you should sell it to Nikon Malaysia.

I like this because it is like a circle inside a circle. Can all fisheye lens do that?

this is the effect from a circular fisheye. you won't get that circle with a diagonal fisheye. however, with both, you can get the massive distortion. i managed to dig up examples taken from the same spot. the circular does give a wider angle of view.

    M3. with the diagonal fisheye

    M4 with the circular fisheye

Hey Mick, thanks for sharing the photos taken with the fisheye lens. We get to see the different perspective that this lens provide! Sort of a tutorial for me! Looking forward to see more compositions and creative work produced with these lenses. Interesting, indeed!

    Thanks.

Actually I was standing at this plant on the side of the road and was about to take a different view.
Then I said to myself, test it out first & I pointed at the plant & clicked.

I was pleasantly surprised to see it turned out well.
