The economy rice stall in Casablanca restaurant used to be cooked at No. ** Jalan USJ4/6G and they have tens of gas tanks placed in the porch ready to blow up like the Empire! That was in the 90s and up to 2006! Am not sure if it is still like this! Complained to MPSJ 5000 times no use... something was not right those days.

Think you have to trace the noise to it's source.

I traced mine and unfortunatly our local law enforcement cannot do anything about as it's in a viehecle

It was changed to 10:30pm to At Least 6:00am.

Now it is around 8 pm.

Since you know exactly when the noise starts, can I assume that you can also detect the origin of the noise, by walking towards it (only a few doors away) and finding out what that noise is. Unless those noise were transmitted via sound transmitters along naturally occuring building structures in condo/apartment. Hopefully, those noise generators are not humans that cud wield parangs , just wondering what that sound... is naturally human if it is really loud and irritating. Hopefully by raising awareness of the existence of those noise generators wud help solve the problem, before any other action is necessary... peace upon the dwellers...

How about old noisy air-cond compressor, every night produce loud noise, how to complaint?
I complaint to the neighbour and ask them to service their air-cond, they say no money, how?

The price of 1 unit of air cond is less than RM1,000.

For 2 days in a row its 10:30pm to about 6:00am.

They have the people & instruments to trace and to measure the noise intensity.
