1. Until & unless we have a closer look at the Valid Contract, with specific T&C, signed btw bolehland gomen & lynas, we can logically assume there will be a compensation clause. Failure of either party to pay the compensation can result in lengthy international level suit.
Bolehland have more to lose if you, yo, yu and U dont pay. The bolehgomen can ill afford to have news that it does not honour contract signed with FDInvestors...Its akin to robbery or hostile take-over or in gomen parlance 'nationalisation'. Unless of course you own & rule a banana republic or ye an african colonel or 1*general in power or ye a n Idi amin or Mugabe clone...

So, If this get cancelled, lynas will sue for its RM????millions invested thus far, in the 90+%completed facility +++ and possibly even lo$$ of future income! I would.
