You may want to try Nyonya Yoots in 3K Complex. Just opened in Dec 2011. Was previously Mama's Kitchen in Damansara Jaya, a long established restaurant. Owners Penangites. Good food n fair pricing.

Theere is 1 stall in Taipan selling the above.

1.Without Bunga Kantan.

2.The fish is cut into small pieces and not shreded.

There is 1 outlet in Subang Jaya that I am aware of thta asam laksa that has :

1. No Bunga Kantan

2. No Prawn paste

3. Little Asam Boi

Regarding the above. Instead of cockle & prawn, it is chicken & prawn.
