Hi Rhiga, circumstances are different in my case and not necessarily unique. Memories are one thing, IF its once a while, but in my case, a little too often (quite frequent visits sometimes for no damn reason) that I would have hoped, and its NOT about my kids, but relatives with parents who think their kids are quite normal. Its not about being materialistic, but I cannot and unable to afford a 1k stylus as and when it should break by accident. I will do everything to prevent such calamity more so if its because of some stupidity and utter carelessness or inconsideration. Perhaps I should emulate one buddy I know...NO VISITORS UNLESS ON INVITATION..and the place is 300% uncomfortable for anyone under 6. Best policy..nobody complained..no hard feelings, just the way its decided. Can enjoy good times and host anything OUTSIDE his home..
Anyhow, my view is different and as always I don't expect anyone to emulate me. I just can't afford to replace some things that do mean a lot to me at this point of time. Some things...not everything.
BTW, that stylus would cost RM200 in those days, but its a different era now and things like these are so damn expensive and its not like I can get it at any Speedmart99. I can only buy this economically at Ebay. Thats that..
Remark: A middle aged Chinese person.Cream colored shorts.Short hair.Took the Chiffon cake (entire stock on display of more than 10 units) & immediately make payment nearby. I was reached the same location shortly after & can't find any.
All a case of "do what you think is right as long as not get caught". Bah! Law no law, regulations or none, signboard notice or not...many really don't care. Civilized behavior is ALWAYS questionable in this land!
Last week went to IKEA to buy something,a lady in front got her IKEA debit card jam up,insist of getting thru, scold the cashier, then supervisor .I patiently wait for 30 mins.she talk in english as if nobody knows english until the lady behind me went up and @&$# her upside down.
