Put it simply, NOT to offer ANYTHING cash, money or gifts in any kind to GOVERNMENT people on a personal basis, especially if you DO NOT KNOW that person, moreover represent in their capacity on behalf of the GOVERNMENT. They're however obliged to give you an official receipt for anything thats paid up.

    Naka,

    Just ignore this fella…

Obviously, there is pathetic fella who "got brain" and " England is betters than your" and also "don't need expert to tell him how to think" hadn’t travelled to Europe before and hence don’t know tipping is a customary practice in service industry....

Well, a typical example of people who don't know what they don't know...

Corruption not only limited to government or public service. It is actually quite common in business world, like festival hampers to the purchaser department. In fact you can find corruption in almost everywhere.

In US, waiters are being paid USD2.75 an hour wearing tuxedo attire to serve patrons and those in Chinese restaurant lagi teruk - they are being paid USD300 per month for working 10 to 10. Tiiping is the wages for the work done in that sector in USA. From the Mean Chef who is awaiting for tips from US President Bill Clinton to Penns State Governor Rendell to Philly Mayor John Street. BTW, the tipping is at 20% of the bill which means every USD200 for USD1000 billing unless the food or service suck. Otherwise, you are just being cheapskate for not giving which is the norm of the industry.

As far as I am concerned as reflected by my experience at Subang, everyone is equal. And that also applied to my experiences in USA whether you are black or white. BTW, President Clinton is white while Mayor John Street is black and since they are of the govt, wrong or right to bride me?

I believe for posting my views accurately and responsibly but I am not responsible if he understand it or not.

If we ignore this fella, then I would be part of the consipracy to alienate him.

And I was to write that it is jsut the tip of the iceberg when he wrote about tipping where the are laws and regulations about that especially when comes to goverment service. For instance, it is a no brainer whether it is wrong or right for the Polis to tip the illegal massage parlours about impending raid on the premises. But it takes some brain work how much to tip the Mamasan to get the best girls on the house

    Caught in your own entrapment.

It doesnt take much brainwork to see it happening.

It would be stupid of me if Saga can instill hate in me for ignoring someone from Cyberspace. But as far as I understand it, perhaps he meant that I should write more substances from Lynas to Healthy, yet tasty with no MSG than to dwelt with non issues about tipping.

BTW, Martha Stewart was jailed for an insider tip on Imclone stock insider information.

This morning I saw a police patrol car with a sticker on the rear windscreen.

    It read "don't bribe me."
