How to find your BMI:
1. Take your weight, in kilograms (1 kilogram = 2.2 pounds)
2. Measure your height in meters (1 inch = 2.5 centimeters)
3. Divide your weight by your height squared
Kg / (m)²
Example: 68 kg / (1.6 m)² = 26

A General Rule for BMI:
Below 20 Underweight
20 - 25 Normal weight range
25 - 30 Overweight
30 - 35 Obese
35 - 40 Super Obese
