Another question: do we have enough of these kind of politician/people to govern the other states too....
By the looks of thing - 95% of our politicians are half crooks and full time liars!!!.... self vested interest have top priority FIRST!!

The reason why they are like that is because they have managed to get away with everything, all their excesses and more. The only ones who get caught once a while are those who have fallen out of favour with them so they become the targets but by and large if you are their brothers, nothing will happen. If you are unlucky you may get charged but after a few years you will get free of the charges. If the government of the day is serious about going after these crooks then the amount of such excesses would be reduved but never eliminated. Even in china where people get shot for corruption, the temptations overcome their fear and people still do it despite the risk of facing a firing squad. In our case they might even get promoted!!
