    MY selfish needs & wants

Unlike those who chose to serve a larger community or state or gomen, I told the Adun and other JKP leaders that I am a selfish resident who only care about my own backyard.

I care enuff to ensure the places where i half-live , nanowork, max lepak, telepathic jog, hammer keyboard and generally potter and kay poh, are kept clean: rubbish collected on schedule, park grass cut & put away, streets swept and unwanted posters taken down. BUT only in my few streets of ss17/2 and ss19/6.

The rest of the residents/community can take care of its own. If they really do that, its called a 'contagion effect'...and collectively, all the few streets-selfish residents like me, can create a cleaner, better subang jaya, ok usj and putra hts too. Yeah! puchong too

Ada Brani? or ye expect the world to serve your own selfish needs?

The efficiency of the bottom level working group are influenced by the upper management culture.

There is no point we keep blaming and forcing the bottom level to work like utopia while ignore the upper management culture and the whole picture.

It is like... I don't care about the whole tree, I just selfishly wanted the fruit on it to growth healthy and juicy. The gardener should just focusing on taking care of my fruit first.

BT, granted that those put there must do their work, take on the responsibility and be accountable for their action/inactions. BUT when the parachuted top management is inefficient/unproductive, then we cant be sitting in our porch, drink chilled beer, bitch and just stare at the uncollected pile of rubbish, discarded furniture, clogged drain etc can we?

A top notch community service culture, driven by locally elected board of councillors, to monitor the mpsj is sorely needed...but while waiting for this cow to come home, what do we do?

Me? I bitch, yell, scream, holler, threaten and also send out nasty but objective emails cc to even the MBesar, on the inefficiency of the parachuted Councillor in charge of my area as well as the inefficiency of mpsj. Yup, thats what i will do.

And lo & behold, my area gets the BERSIH attention.

When a waitress in a restaurant didn't serve us right, we will complaint to the management. When we get bite by a dog, we blame the dog owner. Same logic apply.

That's why when Hassan Ali doing anything stupid, I blame PAS.

Nothing changed..I am still bombarded by loud bass. I have already given up on calling the police station in SS15 as those culprits are good friends with them. Who are the culprits? The are tow truck spotters!!!. They sit at the nice corner waiting for the accidents to happen and to pass their time, they blast their music as entertainment. So how can one complain? Will the police arrest their friends?
