We would like to seek your help for our upcoming event, fund raising charity bazaar and food fair.
We have bought the property that is the double story corner house No.1 jalan Tiong 5 in Puchong Jaya. The purchase priced was RM400,000.00. We paid to the vendor(Owner) RM150,000.00 as the purchasing price. The balance of RM250,000.00 we took a bank loan to settle the balance amount.
We are paying monthly about RM2,000 to the bank (Public Bank). We want to settle the loan as soon as possible.Therefore, we have planned to host again as we did in year 2006 where you folks had helped us to raise some money through the Food Fair.
We are seeking your help again to raise some money through the said event. We are planning to raise about RM50,000.00 through sales of coupon tickets at a cost of RM10.00 per booklet. We hope your forumers could support us in this project. The details of the event as follows:
Date : September 16th Friday.
It is a public holiday (Malaysia Day)
Time : 8.00am - 2.00pm.
Venue: Dewan Serbaguna Masyarakat,
Jalan Belatuk, Bandar Puchong Jaya.
