You need an AP after you have assembled the kit to register and pay tax. Otherwise I would have assembled the the Ferrari F50 Kit long time oledi Euro40,000 only and another 2-3,000 for freight!...The Golf price here has been bugging me for years

No need to pay tax or register; just use in the estates loh. Just like so many other "ghost" motorbikes, cars and lorries.
