That one I suggested is a "killer"!
Of course it from beef bones and LOTS of beef tendons and fatty parts, thats why is quite oily actually. I self serve myself because I ensure to have the least meat oil floating ontop, lastly topped with generous chopped coriander. Every warong, restaurant have their own recipe for this soup, its all in the spices and none will be identical to each other. The one I go is extremely hard to beat and the best to my tastebuds so far.
