    Malaysia behind Japan 20 years????

OMG, one of my Malay colleagues gave morning talk, he said "We are 20 years behind Japan, so we have to learn from Japanese ~~~~~~~~"
    Is this true????

80% of Japanese HQ Managers sent to our office CANNOT converse in English, they can't even understand!!! This is so called "advance"??

The best part is my 2 superiors so called "experts from Japan" can only say 3 words ~ "morning", "thank you" and "bye"...
Most of the time, we are chicken & duck conversation, and local staff always can't understand their emails & documents, because all in Japanese, our suppliers also suffer. Is this so called "advance"???

Poor linguistic skills = not 'advance'....hummm...
IF a space alien comes to you via a warp driven space ship, unable to converse in English, can't even make them self understood but have to technology to vaporize you in an instance be term 'backward'?

What have you smoked or drank before sending this post ???

Bolehland is 20 years behind…?? Add another 20 years more and I still think is too generous to bolehalnd when compare to Japan in every aspect.

How about a very simple example… If you were from science stream, sure you know a little gadget called scientific calculator from Casio.

I bet you still struggle to use most of the scientific functions, scientific constants, statistical tools, etc which are built-in into the calculator.

Gosh, this little gadget costs less than rm40 and was already in the market easily 30 years ago, designed and manufactured by Nippon-gin. But you this special advance Malaysia-gin still struggle to USE it…

Poor English, cannot say beyond good morning, good bye is not advance !!! …

Honestly and seriously, I am so interested to know which school and which university you studied before, which company you worked before, which company you are working now ?? I think you are good thesis material for the topic - what will happen when people don’t know what they don’t know…...

I like your example. I keep imagining this weird creature zapping people with his space gun and saying go ga go ga go ga.

Not to mention the cars u r driving. Proton and Perodua are even copied from Japanese.

If u wanna be ahead than yr colleagues, go learn Japanese and u will learn from them a lot of stuff.

Agree that their command of english is exceptionally weak but their work ethics and mannerism is 2nd to none.

I had a Japo director who when he visited M'sia insist I fetch him fr the hotel at 8.30 am and we normally finish the day at 9pm!!!

Compare to now, my USA regional come in late, leave early; 4.30 pm- you'd better fetch me to d hotel, dun wanna get caugth in d jame
