Am keen to get some to cultivate, where can i get them.
I think it may be the same as the snake plant
called Hampedu Bumi.
I recalled we spoke about this plant sometime ago.
{Admin note - image from spam website removed}
Depending on the soil or lighting conditions the leaves
look like snake skin.
The taste is very bitter and it is claimed to be a sort of 'cure-all' herb.
It is more like a weed rather than a herb and it grows very aggressively.
IMO, I think why it work is because it has the sort
of alkaloid that is so bitter and provocative, that
it stirs up the whole body immune system.
As such if the person body has any problem (cancer or otherwise)
it will sort of zoom in to attack the foreign thingy or anything
that is not natural to the body.
(just an opninion).

Not really sure whether this is the same one but the actual sabah snake grass is sweet instead of bitter which is the indian snake grass. So if you have the sweet one it would be great as it is suppose to help in my daughter's eczema.
Please contact me @ 019 2133218 on how to arrange for collection.
Thanks in advance.
3 leaves with hot water... Good for sore throat.
Be very careful when consuming the 'snake grass'... my wife's brother, who is having lung cancer, was given some by his sister in law.. after taking them.. vomit blood... maybe not suitable for his body system.![]()

I got 4 stalks of Sabah Snake Grass yesterday and trying to propagate them. The leaves taste sweet. Let's see how well mine grow. Then I can also pass it on for sharing with others.
Seem like a lot of leaves are required for cancer patient treatment. My friend and I went to a house in Taman Chempaka, PJ and the owner (an oral cancer survivor) planted over 100 pots. But he wouldn't give us any pot. Instead he wanted to charge us RM50 for a pot! Fortunately, we found a neighbour who has been growing some herbs and he generously cut some stalks for us to propagate!
My friend in Tenom has a farm & he grows these snake grass for sale.
They sell like hot cakes
Sg. Buluh nursery is selling the Sabah Snake Grass for RM5 per pot. The lady told me that this plant used to grow wildly and no one demands for it. but now that its benefits are well-known, many buyers are asking for it.
I spoke to my friend & it is called in Hakka .." Sah Lii Chaw"....it grows wildI am trying to get a photo if possible

It's common for advance lung cancer to cough blood anyway That may not be the root cause
