Hi Jan ... Sorry to mention this but my uncle passed away at 2nd March due to the cancer .... Yeah ... Apparently , the sabah snake grass didn't exactly work out for him .... my word of advice is still ... don't just believe in one type of medication ... and it is also good to consult a few doctors should there be any serious issues ....

Sorry to hear about the death of your uncle....

My husband has just been diagnosed with stage 3 nasopharyngeal carcinoma. He will be going in for radiation treatment soon. In the meantime, he is trying out this snake grass treatment. He has been taking them for a week now and his nose has stopped bleeding. The blocked nasal passage due to the growth of the tumour has cleared slightly too.... we do not know if this is due to the snake grass or the fact that we have been juicing for three times a day.

At the moment, i have a small supply of snake grass. I might need more of them in about a week's time.... The new ones we have planted aren't ready for harvesting yet.... Please pm me if anyone of you are able to provide me some... I live in Kota Kemuning....

    Thanks very much....

My condolences to you and your family, Alvin. Stage4 is a pretty bad place to be.

To anyone who is attempting major juicing or herbal treatments upon diagnosis, pls note that herbal treatments are not advisable during the chemo treatments. Once chemo has started, stay off the herbs. Normal fruits and veggies are fine as long as everything is washed thoroughly as the patient is susceptible to all kinds of illnesses and that will disrupt the chemo treatment plan. Herbal treatments may hv a tendency to counteract the chemo efficacy thus making the treatment less effective. That simply means the chemo therapy cant do what it is meant to do. It is just best to consume as much nutrients to strengthen the body to handle chemo. Work with the doctors, not against them. Consult with them when consuming anything out of the ordinary while undergoing chemo. If chemo has not started.. go ahead and take whatever in mega doses.
Insecurity is unattractive. Smile and the whole world smiles with you.

Hi, finally got my password back and able to post in usj.com.my.

I bought SSG leaves (in plastic container) as well as plants from www.yikpohling.com.my, seremban last last Sunday. And I consume 40 leaves per day for my 8/10 "seriousness" psoriasis, and also the Xian Shan Fu Bao cream. I have a combination of pustular and plaque psoriasis on both hands and feet, and as you know, we 'use' our hands and feet everyday, this makes treatment a lot harder.

I have been misdiagnosed with eczema with the very famous long-queue Dr. Ranjit Singh from SS15, and put on 15kg as he kept feeding me steroids and for once I even got steroid injection as both my hands REALLY are scaring ppl off, I have to wear glove whenever I go for meeting. And finally an biopsy confirmed that it is NOT ECZEMA but psoriasis, and steroid is contradicting with psoriasis, in the beginning it seems to tame the condition but after taking it for 1 1/2 year, it flared up like crazy during my 6th visit to Dr. Ranjit Singh.

I was on and off chemo pills since, and I experienced all the side effects of chemo treatment including hair loss (but not to the extent of botak).
And recently my pap test showed abnormal cells then only I started taking SSG which I already know few months back (but kind of dun care about it)

I went to the plantation in Seremban and bought 5 containers (*500 leaves), I have been taking SSG and applying the cream for 9 days now, the first 2 days I really really slept (I have insomnia problem), and my psoriasis continue to flare but my skin reacts to the herbal cream in a different way than the usual steroids cream, the skin at the affected area would be itchy and when I scratched, it will peel off totally, for eg, a patch of 1cm diameter area came off as 1 'piece', revealing the flesh, and if I apply the cream and if it feels cooling the the next day the skin will dry off, if I apply the cream and still feeling itchy, that means more 'rounds' to go.

So far 6 patches of about 1cm diameter have dried off. I will keep you guys posted.

So, he instead of the conventional western medicine, he opted for this snake grass option. He took over 100 leaves per day (blended with fruit juice). But his condition didnt improve and when he finally went for "chemo", his doctor ( a cancer specialist ) told him that several of his patients died from cancer because they relied too much on the snake grass. So, my uncle stopped taking the snake grass and continued with the western treatment. And he actually felt better .... it is good to try several types of medicine ... but never rely 100% on anything...
Just to clarify that lymphoma is potentially curable, the cure rates depend on the type and prognostic factors (stage is only one of these). The cure rates for early stage Hodgkin lymphoma for instance is as high as 90% in stage I disease. Non-Hodgkin lymphoma is a very heterogenous groups of disorders so one cannot generalise as well.
Best arm oneself with information from sites like http://lymphoma.org and your doctor.
The sad thing is to see folks shopping around and messing with "alternatives to medicine" until their disease reaches more advanced less curable stages.
Cancer is not one disease and the treatments are very different these days. It's not just "chemo" but involves newer targeted therapies depending on the type of cancer.
Lastly a word of advice about testimonial "evidence" - these can be very misleading.

This is my opinion, cancer is a signal that your body is taking in too many toxins.

Radiation kills all cells and not just cancer cell. And cancer cell can grow back if you still take in toxins in the future.

It is better to take a fresh vegetarian and fruits everyday and stop taking meat. Nowadays people take in way too much meat as compare to our poor ancestors who ate mostly vege and didn't have much cancer.

This was reported in the star a few years back from people who had cancer and who switched their diet to a much healthier vege/fruit diet.

Short term chemo/radiation, long term vege/fruit diet to prevent any cancer cell from growing back. Correct me if I am wrong.

Yahoo News: Chemotherapy can backfire and boost cancer growth

"Cancer-busting chemotherapy can cause damage to healthy cells which triggers them to secrete a protein that sustains tumour growth and resistance to further treatment, a study said Sunday.
Researchers in the United States made the "completely unexpected" finding while seeking to explain why cancer cells are so resilient inside the human body when they are easy to kill in the lab."

"The scientists found that healthy cells damaged by chemotherapy secreted more of a protein called WNT16B which boosts cancer cell survival."
