Lato Tupai,
Pi mai pi mai tang tu ..... looks like the best place (air-cond restaurant with lenglui serving) for dim-sum in SJ/USJ for the time being is still DYNASTY DRAGON (USJ Summit) - tried it last weekend, still up there in the rankings

I haven’t stepped into Summit easily more than 5 years !! I was pissed off by the dark, badly ventilated and humid basement car parks then..
How’s the basement car park now ?? Can it at least match the Empire Gallery car park ?
Sad to say, car park still not up to standard like Empire - slightly much better than the old days.Originally Posted by Sagamihara
I normally go to Summit for Dynasty Dragon, Babyland and the Popular Book Fair Sales (always held there). Otherwise, it will be to Sunway or Subang Parade for other stuff.

Thanks Bro
Hope this Dynasty Dragon will relocate or open a branch in E-Galarry, Pyramid, etc..
I won't go to a mall which doesn't pay attention to car park...and hopefully they are many people like me..
After such a long time from first post, I went for sunday dim sum at hoong foong (?)nearby to THE Pink Lady Pub in usj21(?)22(?)
.
For my opinion, Bah!samosamo as those thousands of mass produced/resteamed 10mins ago-come to yr-table-aledy-gone-room temperature dim sum!
Not worth the chewing efforts and stomach digesting actions.
Sure its cheaper than Summit dynasty Dragon by only maybe 20-30-40%. Cheap things no good! E.g. phoenix claws are warm on the outside and Blady COLD on the inside! AND i sent the chee-cheong-fun back for a reheat!
I will go to summit dragon ANYTIME. Cook only on order! Thast how dim sum should be served.
Sekali cuba hoongfoong Never again!

My favourite DIM SUM in USJ is: -
Hong Kee Dim Sum @ USJ 9
http://www.hongkeerestaurants.com/branches/
Good & fast service! Reasonably priced! Try it! Thumbs up! Cheers!![]()
when thomasy puts up such a post, people will be flocking to Hong Kee, but probably not to look for Dim Sum!
Anyway, there is a Dim Sum shop (forgot the name) in Taipan behind HSBC and next to Maybank. It is air-con and opens until 11pm, so its good hunting ground for those late nighters who frequent taipan when the parking is available after 9pm. The menu is limited, and the cooking is done after ordering. The taste is only average, and the prices affordable; strictly for those yearning for a light snack in a comfortable environment in the late evenings.
Been staying here for close to twenty years, I stopped searching for good dim sum in SJ/USJ. Tried the list and got disappointed each time. Now I drive to Jalan Sungei Besi to have my dim sum fix whenever the gian arises. Hock Leong Hin it was and ever will be. The best charsiu pau in Klang Valley.
