IPhone4 and iPad2

Ipad 2 doesn't have retina display, but if you like it...then the new display on the Ipad 3 should blow your mind!

The iPhone 4 display is pretty amazing technology. But I have seen friends struggling to check phone contact details on the tiny 3.5" screen. Maybe they need to hold it nearer to their face or what?

HP's decision was in my post yesterday lah.

Anyways, the hardware inside the Touchpad is nothing to snear at, it's better than the Ipad 2, and nearly that of the new Galaxy Tab 10.1 except for the lower resolution. Unfortunately, it's beginning to look like WebOS was the culprit in its failure. HP just didn't put enough effort in it to fight the competition.

It may be possible to load some version of Android Gingerbread or Honeycomb on it......

Under RM400 for a Touchpad...I'll grab one anyday.

used the ipad... so far....

- most frustrating part: NO flash flv/swf media playable in the safari web browser... all u see is a black hole/box in it...

- Youtube is the only app that can play .flv files...(from Youtube site only)

- neither can u download stuff and keep or run 'cept from App Stores...

- third party movies run off a VLC app which for now has been yanked from App Stores...

- No external storage - everything is thru the dreaded iTunes interface...

NOW will either get the Xoom or the Galaxy tab and see if it is better... Dell's Streak 7" taking a long time to get here....

Just want to put some update, lately in 2012 most flash content website such as youtube.com moving forward to support HTML5 . In laymen term is, for tablet support latest web browser mostly can play/view flash media

Cloud computing is not ready for the big time yet. Maybe in 5 years' time.....

..The problem with cloud computing is that we also need a good, low latency internet connection for it to work smoothly. If you are out in the field in Malaysia..

I was tempted to get the iPhone sometime back but never quite got down to it and now looks like I won't. The screen size is only a pathetic 3.5"...used to be ok but now with screens as big as 5.3", 3.5" just won't do anymore. And yes, size is a big deal!
